cINNAMON BLISS BALLS

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond meal,
  • 1 teaspoon tahini,
  • 1 tablespoon Paul’s health honey: cinnamon,
  • 3 teaspoons sunflower seeds
  • Water as needed

Paul's Healthy Cinnamon chai porridge

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup water,
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats,
  • 1/2 banana,
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon,
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger,
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamon,
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds,
  • 1 tablespoon of hemp powder (optional),
  • 1/2 cup of milk of choice (I used rice milk),
  • Toppings:
    • 1-2 teaspoons of Paul’s Healthy cinnamon honey,
    • 1/2 banana,
    • 1-2 teaspoons of hulled tahini,
    • A handful of crushed walnuts

Paul's ginger honey soy salmon recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 large fillet of salmon (around 130g),
  • Marinade:
    • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce,
    • 1 teaspoon of sesame oil,
    • 1 tablespoon of Paul’s Healthy ginger honey,
    • 1 teaspoon of Olive oil or oil spray.

Paul's healthy cinnamon honey carrot cake recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs (whites and yolks separated),
  • ¾ cup of rolled oats (can substitute for a flour),
  • 1 cup of almond meal,
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder,
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon,
  • 1 ripe banana,
  • 2 tablespoons of Paul’s Healthy Cinnamon honey,
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract,
  • 3 teaspoons of olive oil,
  • 5 pitted dates,
  • ¼ cup walnuts (plus extra for topping),
  • 2 large carrots, washed and grated
