cINNAMON BLISS BALLS
Ingredients:
- 1 cup almond meal,
- 1 teaspoon tahini,
- 1 tablespoon Paul’s health honey: cinnamon,
- 3 teaspoons sunflower seeds
- Water as needed
Paul's Healthy Cinnamon chai porridge
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup water,
- 1/2 cup rolled oats,
- 1/2 banana,
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon,
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger,
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamon,
- 1 tablespoon of chia seeds,
- 1 tablespoon of hemp powder (optional),
- 1/2 cup of milk of choice (I used rice milk),
- Toppings:
- 1-2 teaspoons of Paul’s Healthy cinnamon honey,
- 1/2 banana,
- 1-2 teaspoons of hulled tahini,
- A handful of crushed walnuts
Paul's ginger honey soy salmon recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 large fillet of salmon (around 130g),
- Marinade:
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce,
- 1 teaspoon of sesame oil,
- 1 tablespoon of Paul’s Healthy ginger honey,
- 1 teaspoon of Olive oil or oil spray.
Paul's healthy cinnamon honey carrot cake recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs (whites and yolks separated),
- ¾ cup of rolled oats (can substitute for a flour),
- 1 cup of almond meal,
- 1 teaspoon baking powder,
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon,
- 1 ripe banana,
- 2 tablespoons of Paul’s Healthy Cinnamon honey,
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract,
- 3 teaspoons of olive oil,
- 5 pitted dates,
- ¼ cup walnuts (plus extra for topping),
- 2 large carrots, washed and grated
